There's an English-patched version out there. It's a pretty f'ed up game (gore, nudity, cussin') with a lot of blatant influences - Re-Animator, Terminator, and even a bit of Back to the Future (mainly the relationship between the protagonist and his older scientist friend) - and I really enjoyed it.
