I am guessing this is based on the actual Varginha UFO incident that occured in 1996. I am also guessing it is VERY loosely based on it.

Why is this crappy game rated so high? Crappy controls wikthout strafing, minimal animation and little direction to what you're supposed to be doing.!

What are the controls for this game? Arrows is move, and it looks like Home/insert is dive up and down, but I can't find any weapons or attack controls, or how to jump!
