This lost Čtyřlístek game was NEVER released in Czechia, because CD-Romek magazine stopped publishing prematurely and Cenega Czech DIDN'T released this in any form. This game was published ONLY in Romania via PC Campion magazine in 2008 by Erc Press.

But the Czech titles are known - it was supposed to be CD-Romek #42 and the title "Čtyřlístek na horách" comes from the original developers.
