this is the excat same game guys, the only difference is that you don't need to install it, it's already installed, which is good because you don't need to install the drm, if you install the game with drm, your computer gets softlocked, once you download it from gamejolt, you dont have to, but if you want to be more safe, delete any file that has the word "protect"

It just won't run on anything past Windows XP, period. Unless you got an old computer laying around that you can throw Windows XP on you can't play it, I researched this...

DO NOT forget to copy files from CD3 to installation folder. Do that and run EEE.exe and you should be fine.
DO NOT RUN EdEddEddy.exe AND DO NOT restart your pc. It'll mess up your drivers. You'll get stuck in a windows repair loop.

I didn't even got a chance to launch it. After installation, it asked me to restart my pc. I did and then it went to shit ... automatic repairs on a loop and no way to get into the safemode. It bricked my pc, w10 x64.

I cant believe the publisher was so invested in an Ed, Edd, n Eddy video game they actually paid money for Starforce DRM. Did they really think it would sell millions but only if there wasn't any pirated copies around? For a Cartoon IP game of a years old cartoon at that point? A game that looks like it came from a cereal box? Talk about out of touch executives.

The game launches but in a strange way Lol When the title screen pops up it does show the title but everything looks glitched out to hell and back, I was thinking maybe it's my lack of graphics because when I enter the game, everything works fine but makes it impossible to play when the whole entire world is glitched out and everybody looks like zombies out of The Matrix or something haha if anyone has a solution please let me know, I'm on Windows 7

If you find that Windows 10 no longer starts, there is a way to fix it without doing a full reinstall:
1. Perform a "boot with driver signature enforcement disabled".
2. Delete the contents of C:\program files (x86)\midway games\directx
3. Restart PC normally.
Unfortunately I have been unable to get this game to run at all. Tried Windows 10, XP, and 2000 on both VMs and old physical machines, but still no luck.

The game works on modern Windows 10. You have to follow the instructions it clearly states to replace the files in the game folder from what's in cd3. If you do not you are incidentally trying to play the game withe base drm starforce and it installs corrupted drivers on your pc which can be removed again previous idiot comment poster it just puts bad drivers you will have to go to non driver signified windows boot in restore options and disable the drivers. you do not need to install windows again if u somehow are stupid enough to play without replacing the crack files from cd3.

This game will prevent your windows from starting up, tested in a VM for windows 10 so i didn't screw my actual windows install up, going to guess it's probably something to do with the really old drm that's installed with it, like the older drm version of peter jackson's king kong game, your only luck in playing this would be using an appropriate emulator, or virtualizing a windows version from around the time of the games release, otherwise DON'T INSTALL ON YOUR PC.

I tried to install this game and fucked up my computer. I had to reinstall windows. May have been my fault/something I did but I would be cautious if you attempt to install.
