JILL3.EXE works fine. The ASCII-art thing is a junk .BAT file in the game folder that print some stuff on the screen and tries to run JILL3.EXE

This file doesn't actually contain the game as far as i can tell. Once unzipped the only executable file is aski-art of some dude's name. This is really saddening because Jill 3 in the "complete trilogy" doesn't work (it runs so slowly the game is utterly unplayable and i had no such problem with the first two) and 3 was the game I owned back in the days of Windows 3.1 that made me want to get the trilogy.
