Description of Super Solvers: Challenge of the Ancient Empires!
A fun edutainment title designed for kids ages 7 to 10, Ancient Empires is anoter solid game in The Learning Company's celebrated "Super Solvers" line.
Ancient Empires is a basically a treasure hunt, but with algebraic problems in place of puzzles. As with TLC's other games, on-line help and tutorial are very well-written, and hints are available within the game if kids are discouraged on a problem.
Overall, a great game that doesn't have as interesting plot or setting as Operation Neptune, but still a lot of fun to play. Recommended!

This was the game that sparked my interest in History. and that history has remained with me throughout my entire life. I can say very little things have had an impact on me as much as this game.

Oh, what a good time i spend playing this back in the day.
I also learn about history too, this game give me the first "reference" to Rosetta Stone or the diferent "civilizations art style.

I absolutely loved this game. I was the adult - but I used to get in line with the children for a turn on it. My little son (2 at the time) also played it. He couldn't use CTL ALT DEL because his hands were too small. He had to use his nose. My now adult children remember it with great love - it taught them heaps about the world of ancient Egypt, Greece, etc. They also LOVED the Dr Brain games.

If you cannot get the mount command to work, just open both the DOSBox folder and the folder from the game, then just drag the EXE file for the game onto the DOSBox EXE file's icon and wait for the tool tip that says to open with DOSBox and the game will run.
