If you don't want to use PINBALL.BAT, you can use:
PIN.EXE c c
To fix some of the DOSBox stuff, use these commands before starting it, or add these to the head of the PINBALL.BAT file:
cycles=max
aspect=true

It does run, but it has some issues with DOSBox. Fullscreen graphics are distorted and game speed is a bit slowed down. In windowmode, it works better. pinball.bat starts the game (other .bat, .exe and .com -files do not work).
