Notes:

NoCD has issues and doesn't work on modern systems, most likely it works only on Windows XP 32-bit or older
The game was using SecuROM DRM protection, and SecuROM drivers works on modern systems. So as alternative to NoCD you can use mini-image, to mount it in virtual drive with Daemon Tools Lite or Alcohol 120% and bypass disc check, visit GameCopyWorld for instructions. It seems that mini-image must be mounted in virtual drive E:, otherwise the game won't recognize it
If none of this methods work - you can run the game on Virtual Machine with old Windows, for example on VirtualBox with Windows XP

Well, running "World Snooker Championship 2005" on modern systems doesn't seem to work. But, I have one solution for you! Kindly read the guide of "SafeDiscShim" before your game is running smoothly. And also, don't forget to watch the video.
