fmod.dll and binkw32.dll errors?
You are not supposed to launch the game through hwstc.exe (after converting the bin to an iso file).
You are supposed to run setup.exe and install the game first, then run the hwstc.exe in the install directory.

When I try running it it says my processor is a Pentium II, which it clearly isn't. Any way to get around this?

For those of you who are getting the error
"Graphics
Intel(R) HD Graphics 620 - igdumdim32.dll
Hardware OK.
Hardware FAILED. 0 1 7000128"
or possibly any other error code in Hardware FAILED then I could give you a few steps which will help you running everything smoothly and also allow you to adjust the video resolution and the controller settings.
So, basically this error occurs because you are using a newer graphics card which is not supported by the game. But hey, we know we have pretty decent graphics card for the game so we will have to mimic the game to think it can run just fine on this graphics card.
So after installing when you try configuring the game from check.exe it will show you the error we talked about. Let it show the error. The problem is that it disables "Controls" and "Display" buttons. In order to get past that, install AutoHotKey which is free to download. Then create an "ahk" file by right-click context menu in the same directory as check.exe and add below two lines in it.
Control,Enable,,Button7,ahk_exe check.exe
Control,Enable,,Button8,ahk_exe check.exe
Keep your dialog box for HotWheels open and run the script by double-clicking on it. The "Controls" and "Display" options can now be clicked. Configure them as the way you want. If you want to configure a custom video resolution then go to regedit.exe and open path "HKLM\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\thq\HotWheelsSTC\display" and set x and y accordingly.
Then one last thing you need to do is to mount the iso file of the game. If you have windows 10 then simply double clicking on it will mount it. After that you can simply run the game using hwstc.exe

it installs great but on i go to controls it crashes please make a patch for this

It says my hardware doesn't meet the requirements Windows 10.

The game download comes as a BIN image of the game disc. To play the game, you'll need image mounting software to load the CD and run the installer. Windows 10 has built-in support for mounting ISO files, so if you use a converter like http://www.softwareok.com/?seite=Freeware/WinBin2Iso you can double-click the ISO file to mount it, and then just run setup.exe.
