Hey would someone mind giving a noob a super simple setup explanation for this? I'm running it on Windows 10 and installed it with all permissions, but I can't figure out how to open it. Any help would be appreciated!

Im not sure what im missing here.. I downloaded the file and WinCDEmu. I followed the instructions on a YouTube video for setting up the emulator and mounting the file. Every time I go to install the game it opens up a small window where it lets me click "install" and I get a wheel next to my cursor for a few seconds and then nothing... I downloaded the patch provided by another commenter and it didnt work. I dont know what I missed but its not working lol
