01 - Autobahn Raser 3 install Maximal and 3D.
02 - car/track_update install. Restart PC.
03 - NoCD in the install folder setuoreg.exe execute.
03 - ARaser3.exe Compatibility "für ALL" (very important) = Win98/Win ME
04 - Menu.exe Compatibility "für ALL" (very important) = WinXP SP2
05 - dgVoodoo2 unzip "dgVoodooCpl.exe" "dgVoodoo.conf" "MS-x86\ D3D8.dll,D3D9.dll,D3DImm.dll,DDraw.dll copy into the folder.

General:

Filtering: Force anisotropic 16x
Resolution: 1440x1080
Antialiasing: 8x

Uncheck Disable Alt-Enter to toggle screen state
Uncheck dgVoodoo Watermark

06 - Start Gamen an in the Options:
Mipmapping
Texture Maximal
dgVoodoo DirectX Wrapper
1280x1024

07 - Strg+Alt+Ent Taskmanager start and under Details "Explorer.exe" beenden.
Yes because the error: "D:\Work\InputLib\prog\CKeyboardDevice.cpp (216) DIError : Failed to get keyboard data" Fail)

08 - start Race.

09 - If you have enough Autobahn Raser 3 XD, quit the Game and in Taskmanager - Details "New Task" tipp Explorer and start Explorer.exe

Oh man, it took me several days to get the game running on Windows 11 more or less without any errors.

Game starts with Win10, menu loads, but when I want to start a race the screen goes black and the game jumps back to the menu. Compatibility modes don't work either, checked with every graphics settings in the menu, what a pity... Does anyone know how to make it work?

I've run the patch with a debugger. The patch is searching for the Europa Racer installation. I've also checked the Davilex website using Wayback Machine. There was no AR3 patch.

I cant figure how to install the Patch. It doesnt seem to find the correct Folder aka it says the game is not installed.
