The game installs fine , with the latest version of Window 10 ((as of now 22H2). But you should follow these steps:
a) apply the Comanche Gold Patch Pack (from Win 7-8-8.1-10 fixes), to your installation (a simple file copy really).
b) Instead of DXGL as a DirectDraw wrapper, use DDrawCompat (https://github.com/narzoul/DDrawCompat/releases).

i tried to use autorun but the installer said i removed the CD from CD-ROM anyone knows how to fix it?

Punkle - Just checked out the mentioned files... that is called a false positive... Mcafee has a tendency for this, the program it uses hooking dll files on modern systems that is why it is "considered" as a viral thing. It emulates d3d for usage on modern systems to work. But this is not harmful.

I came across the Artemis!C5C61CFD2DAF trojan when I virus scanned the Fix folder with McAffee Endpoint Security.
I tried looking it up online to see what it is but couldn't find anything.

so basically i have to download the game then download the fix patch file copy all file in fix patch to the game file to overwrite it and make it working for win10?

Yes, it is. :D You might need to set the cd's iso setup.exe a compatibility mode but there is the fixes in the downloads for modern systems :D

Oops just checket up, it is called both.
It is either Comanche Gold but it also called Commanche 3 Gold. So, whatever. Sorry. ;)
