There is the Redline Edition on Steam but it's a remaster, the original should be an abandonware

Had this game on a disc but never managed to make it work. Like, one day I install it and it works but on another day I launch it and nothing happens. So yeah, I never had a chance to play this game, so maybe trying it out now is a good idea. Maybe I'm gonna finally try it out and see why many praising this game.

I think original 2006 version is an abandonware , Redline Version is like the remastered one by Moonbyte devs and had more modern features for modern PCs , about 2006 version...Atari Company (publisher) also retired

No, the game is not abandonware soldly because the Redline Edition is easier to get running on modern PCs. The Redline Edition also has Steam Workshop support, something that the original version didn't have. It is the same game, just made easier to run on a modern PC.

The original game (from 2006) isn't supporting by devs, it's an abandonware. Redline Edition is a remaster version.

Does not work! Installs okay, but when launched, message says "RakCover.dll missing". Launching through the Crack says "bass.dll missing". IT DOES NOT WORK! (Windows 8.1)
