This game is based on an obscure Russian drama/romance/fantasy film with minimal action and a slow pacing called МЕЧЕНОСЕЦ (Swordsman). They're nothing alike and I don't understand how it amassed enough of an impact in Russia to have this made.
It is probably not worth downloading, but if you're curious like me you'll find existing playthroughs on YT showcasing the gameplay. Gameplay could be described as beat 'em up/hack and slash while out of place porno music plays. The only noteworthy thing about it is the amount of blood that's spilled, that's it.
