The game seems to run fine without the patch, I installed the patch, then the game asked for a CD/DVD. I can't get the sound to go through my HDMI to my TV, just plays through the laptop speakers. Game works though. On Windows 10, the game is defaulted to run in Windows Vista compatibility.

So another game that I spoke too soon of. Because it felt good at first. Like the first half of the game until Egypt, or as the game calls it Stygia, everything was fine. I enjoyed the game and even were making fun of what's happening on the screen. But in Egypt is where shit started to hit the fan.

First problem is that stupid falling floor puzzle. I solved the 3 headed snake puzzle so that it shows me where to jump, but I still somehow managed to fall through the floor. But I somehow managed to get through that place and went forward in to labyrinth and that is where the game got me. It is where I drew the line because, when all of the sudden some logs popped out of the wall and one shot me, and I had no saves and would had to replay everything since that falling floor room, I decided to quit. Fuck this game!

And you know what's the main problem of the game? No, not it's difficulty. The main problem is that, this game is clunky as fuck, and it has too many bugs, but IT DOES NOT ALLOW YOU TO SAVE AS MUCH AS YOU WANT! Like, you have to find those stupid stones that, at later levels is nearly impossible to find. And the level in lost city of Stygia is where I stopped simply because I saved my game too far behind, and it was impossible to save down in that labyrinth section because I didn't had the stones. Like, what? Developers of this game knew that their game sucks, but that didn't stopped them to not allow player to save the progress to be able to move forward and avoid stupid places like that labyrinth so that it would be fair! So why the fuck I need to play this again??? Heck, why SHOULD YOU play this game anyway? There is no reason for it.

Well, maybe if Nightdive Studios would decide to remaster this piece of shit game, giving us unlimited saves at any time and any place. Add some checkpoints and make fighting system working, only then maybe you should play it. But right now, this game sucks. It is not just a product of it's time but a piece of shit made by a Cauldron studio, who is basically known for shitty FPS games that they made for Discovery or BBC channels back in the day (I forgot which channel exactly). And that explains, why this game is so bad.

So, I gave this game a chance and played it few a few days already, and it seems like it is a fun game. I don't know why I didn't liked it back then, but now it seems more fun. I guess that you appreciate games like these with the age. Like, the older you become, the more you starting to understand these old games.

One of the most clunky games out there. I mean, back in the days I wanted to play this game, but I never had a chance. And when I had chance, which is a lot later, like in 2016 maybe or so, I tried it and... well, the fighting system is just broken. Like, you can't even tell how close or how far the enemy is from you and when you supposed to hit him. And what happens in the end is, you keep taking damage and you die, just because you can't kill a freaking dog. And then the movement. Conan moves so slow that, while he walks from one corner of the map to another, I will have enough time to eat, drink and go to toilet. Seriously, I'm not joking. Conan in this game is too slow. So yeah, I would rather play Conan based video game in style of Devil May Cry, than this. Sure, I still have the version of the game that works even on Windows 10, downloaded from torrents way back in 2016 or so, but I don't feel like I wanted to give it a chance.

Gamecopy world doesn't put out infected stuff. Virus scanners get tripped because the industry always has flagged gamecopyworld patches. They always have done "trainers" which are considered hacks. I've been using Gamecopyworld since 1999.

I tried this game on my old Airis Kira IL1 ( via C7-M, Chrome9HC ) and...it runs !!! Of course all settings are minimum, slow FPS but still playable. Thank U !!!

Works like a charm ! I just downloaded, extracted and it was ready to play on win10. Even works fine on my widescreen tv! Would love to see remaster of this one day. Thank you so much !

At first I was worried since the download didn't come in an ISO format, but then I literally just dragged & dropped this onto a WinXP gaming pc & worked right out of the folder. Good stuff!
