Private Wars
Windows - 1997
Description of Private Wars
Private Wars was developed in 1998 - 2003, the game was first announced by TS Group Entertainment in 1997 as a first-person shooter about a tough mercenary. Subsequently, the game received a publisher in the person of 1C Company and developers' plans became more ambitious - they decided to make a hybrid of tactical first-person shooter with squad command, and turn-based strategy. Some time after, the game was moved to a new engine that could handle large open spaces. Not much is known about the game after that, it wasn't officially canceled, but after 2003 there was no news about the project, and the development team was disbanded

Well, it surprisingly works if you run the 3DTerra.exe. There is not much here though. Cannot switch weapons or reload and there is nothing to shoot at. All of the buildings are missing collision. This is basically a 90's graphics showcase. There is really not much to see outside of what's shown in the screenshots here.
