It's an adventure game, set in a sci-fi / futuristic, graphic adventure, comedy, puzzle elements and time travel themes, and was also released on Windows 3.x, Mac and Amiga.

Awesome game, Great series, my personal favourite is SQ5, but I liked SQ4 as well.

UPDATE: if the file doesn't work, make a folder named SQ4, and drag the download's contents into it. Then make sure that the SQ4 is the only folder inside the game folder, space-quest-iv- yadda yadda, THEN try to import the folder.
