1990s were a good time in terms of movies and computer games. It's so nostalgic to think about that time today. Beautifully crafted worlds start floating in your sky space. Wonderfully constructed stories are forming in your jungles of imagery. Beauty and wonder! That's what we lack so much in our mundane chore-infested daily lives. And you can only imagine how beautiful it would be if you could leap into the worlds of these tremendously designed marvels of Universe.

Hello, folks! This is Alexander Howard with you..
Space Quest 5 is my favorite Space Quest game and my favorite sci-fi quest.
Despite the 320x200 pixels resolution it is noticeable that Space Quest 5 has a great visual style. How lovely. Which is something that you can not say about many of the modern games esp. 2023 sci-fi videogame Starfield by Bethesda Game Studios.
Completed Space Quest 5 entirely by myself in 1990s on a 486 66 MHz computer, but got stuck several times and had to look hard and long to move forward in the game.

I remember wasting many hours trying to figure out how to kill the droid and both loving and disliking this game in general. IMO- SQ4 is the best

WOW, WOW, just WOW! Its GREAT! Its like Star Trek with TONS of humour!!!
Roger Willico (The Space Janitor) finally has his own spaceship complete with nerdy crew! Too bad, that ship is no warship. Its a... Oops, no spoilers. Play and find out yourself.

Originally, the destination codes were written in the game manual. It was fairly common to have anti-piracy techniques like that.

It fairly different then past Space Quest games in the series but in a good way. Puzzles are fairly hard to figure out though. I couldn't even get rid of that "WOMANDROID" by my own. Kudos to you if you could complete the whole game without any help!!!
And you'll need codes to access other areas.
