In 1997, Mondadori New Media publishes Aventuras Didácticas Interactivas: Alf Jonathan on Windows. This adventure and educational game is now abandonware and is set in an interactive fiction with graphics theme.

How to play Aventuras Didácticas Interactivas: Alf Jonathan Windows

The Spanish version contains the installer (setup.exe) and three executables:

Alf.exe: Contains the introduction and a scene from Alf Jonathan's New York office from which you can access the two adventures.
Alf01.exe: Contains the adventure Alf Jonathan and the mask of Siwa.
Alf02.exe: Contains the quest Alf Jonathan and the Stone of the Valcroix.

The game works decently if you run it using DosBox with Windows 3.1.

To be able to save and load game, I think the solution was this:

Copy the entire contents of the CD into a folder called “alf” that is in the root of disk C.
Add a file called Alf.ini in C:/Windows/System containing this text:

[file_pos]
startpath=c:\alf
CD=c:\alf

You can use another drive instead of C if you wish. The game never received an English translation.
