Does not run. Mounts fine, installs fine, but crashes back to desktop immediately after running the intro videos. Cannot even get to the Options screen to change any settings that could potentially resolve the crashing problem. Windows 10 64bit FWIW. Compatibility settings made no difference, same results.

Running faultlessly on Windows 10 once Gitchimo's advice followed - THANKS.
Only thing to add is that once disc image is opened and installed there is a crack folder with a different DTR2.exe file in it - I put this in the installed game in place of the original. THEN followed Gitchimo's steps. Runs completely fine from this.

Works fine on windows 10.
Just remember its an old game and act accordingly!
once you mount the iso and install the game, right click the DTR2 exe and go to properties/compatibility. set it to use compatibility for windows xp SP3.
Now start the game, and go to options/Video and set the color depth to 32 instead of 16 to avoid the crash involving d3d8 etc. Enjoy!

Yeah. Crashes at race time on the latest Windows. Don't waste your time.

World of Outlaws Sprint Cars 2002 is the only good game in this era PERIOD.

Game works fine up until I load a race up, right as soon as I click enter race it completely exits the game, any help?

I had or may still have the first DTR. BTW won't play without CD. Include a no CD patch please.

Hey! I used to own a physical copy of this! The driving physics were really good for 2002.
