Since the game is a 16bit app, you need WineVDM (a tool to run 16bit apps on 64 bit Windows) or use DOSBox + Windows 3.1 to run the game.
For the Mac OS version, you need an emulator that runs System 7 like Basilisk II.

This was such an easy fun way to create my own cartoons to laugh at. It was like a GIF but more than a few seconds which in turn could be used to create many scenes as small video or longer episode. It has a easy way to show you how programs work with pieces together.
