This game is wonderful! You can use odvtm v090 to run it. It's been running great for me, with only one bug i've seen so far. Music seems to be spotty and cutscenes play improperly, but it is far from game breaking. With only 1 playthrough recorded online (incomplete too!) using the english title, there's not much to compare with. There are 4 korean playthroughs from the same youtuber I haven't checked as of yet, but are out there as another source if you get stuck, as the playthrough using the english title is incomplete.
There is no english patch or translation available as this game seems to be severely neglected but google translate conveys rough meanings for the most part. The only section i could not understand whatsoever was the opening cutscene, which seems to have important lore information. You should be able to determine the basic gist of what's going on.
There is very very little information about this game on the english or korean internet, so you will likely have to troubleshoot and find information yourself.
Controls are as follows;
Arrows - move
Space and up - run, you can only run forwards and must stop to turn. a little bad especially during combat, but it's serviceable
Z - attack 1
X - attack 2
A - grab in front of you
S - grab the ground, A seems to work most of the time so not entirely sure what S is for
F1 - view map
F2 - status window
F10 - end of game (have not tested this yet)
F11 - save game, DO THIS FREQUENTLY! Combat can be difficult as enemies dropping heals seems to be entirely random. With no block and two enemies in an area often draining most of your health, it is important to save frequently.

In particular you will find a knight and a big monster guy together in front of a door. Always save before this area, these two are fatal together as they are in a cramped space and will swarm you when you come back, leaving you little room to attack or to escape.
As a note, the candle to the left is your health, and the candle to the right is the health of your enemy. Enemies do respawn it seems after you get certain important items or possibly just venture far enough. Keep note of where you find them so you don't get unexpectedly jumped.
I have not managed to complete the game yet as it's easy to get hard stuck, but so far there does seem to be some kind of variation depending on actions I have yet to determine. I'll probably try to record a complete playthrough and upload it by the end of this year, and attempt to get help translating to the best of my ability. :3
