Brother, the fact that it is for sale on Steam does not mean that it is abandonware, literally Rockstar has the digital version of Steam too abandoned, on top of that it uses a poorly made pirated crack that makes it unplayable, the negligence and lack of responsibility of Rockstar at its finest.

Due to a compatibility issue with newer Windows models the game won't work even with the crack provided in the folder and will crash. dgVoodoo 2 won't work here either.
The only solution I found was from a youtube video which provides a link to a patch file here.

It's selling in steam doesn't mean this game is original.
Rockstar lost majority of their games' source codes and took some of their games from crackers. Basically you pay a money to pirated software to play this game. Unlike MH2, im trying to find fixes for win 10.

hey, can you download it anywhere else than steam? Steam doesn't allow this download from my country, and for hell of it I can't find any sites that offer to sell it to me. I bought it a few years ago from some weird site that accepted bank transfer, but it's lost...

I remember buying this game and showing my girlfriend the executions. she puked once. dumb hoe. anyway, this game is a classic. I can't wait to replay again and touch myself while choking someone out with a plastic bag.

the "uncensored" version of manhunt 2 is still missing content and to be honest , compared to manhunt 1 - its rubbish

manhunt 1 is an absolutely classic game and still quite shocking , i was really surprised that it made the shelves - i even left work to pick the game up , believing it could be banned within days , sure - mortal kombat is violent but its so over the top that its not really a big deal , manhunt though is pure hardcore violence, manhunt 2 is barely average - its simply not very interesting at all. i remember seeing manhunt 2 on lots of news stations and newspapers and being really excited - i still play it sometimes but its so bad compared to the first , its like they said " lets make it super violent" but they forgot to give us a decent story.
