I did it, after all these years... I got jumpscared a couple of times again to remind me of why I've feared bears all this years, but after about an hour I killed that son of a b****. I've done it. I've had my revenge.

If you ever want to do this yourself (I've read some comments in a YouTube channel called "Hall of First Person Games - Obscure FPS archiv", turns out I'm far from alone...), get a program to decompress .BIN files, PowerISO seems to work well, decompress it in a separate folder to that of the original game and run the instalation file in the new folder, after that run the executable in the Alaskan Expedition folder.

Don't cheat (too much), that seems to trigger the jumpscare, do it by the book. Use the spotting scope, Bear bait seems to be useless, the position marker in the map is slightly offset to the right, and for crying out loud... try not to die!

This game caused my fear of bears, and now it's time to get revenge, how do I install this? I already have the original game installed, and in this download I cna only find a .bin and .cue files, which don't affect the game when I run it, how do I install this DLC to enact my revenge on that bear?
