Oh, and by the way, this was released not by the main branch of Knorr, but the Swiss division. So it's quite possible that the game was only ever released in Switzerland, not Germany. That's probably one reason why the game was so obscure.
Also, I think the game's story has absolutely nothing to do with Knorr. And I remember that, at least as a kid, I found it extremely difficult. I'm not even sure I ever got out of that first room, and from the looks of it, the person taking the screenshots didn't either!

I have the original floppy of this, but no other materials. Since I don't usually throw that kind of stuff out, I assume that's the way it came, just a loose floppy disk.
I remember that we had to send in some kind of coupon, and we got the game disk posted to us. Unfortunately, I was too young back then to remember the details, such as where it was advertised and whether we had to pay anything for it.

Hello, Yurilove,
Maybe I can help you as a German.
As mentioned above, the game was developed by COMAD (Computer Advertisement)
developed. "COMAD" was founded in 1989 and was focused on programming
of promotional video games. In 1993, "COMAD" was
renamed "Rauser Advertainment". Other games from Rauser Advertainment
were Helicopter Mission, which on behalf of the German Bundeswehr
as well as energy manager, which is an economic simulation
was programmed as an advertisement for the German Federal Ministry of Economics.
In the early 90s, advertising games were very popular in Germany and were
on floppy disks available everywhere free of charge. But the game was a failure because it did not advertise Knorr directly enough.
Later games from other developers, like "BiFi - Snackzone", which was advertisment
for a wrapped pork sausage or "The Telecommando"
which was developed for the "Deutsche Telekom" (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deutsche_Telekom) were essential more successful and these both games even had a sequel.
I hope I could help you...

I know this is a far call, but does anyone know the actual history of this game? In regards to how it came to be, or why the Knorr company tried to advertise its products this way? Did the game make Knorr a profit, was it ever popular in Germany, or? I'm very curious about whether or not it was considered a success, or if it was a one-off blunder.
If you do know more about this game, please let me know, I'd greatly appreciate it, and I'm sure everyone who dug up this strange artifact would love to hear it, thank you in advance.

Ive looked EVERYWHERE and I cant find any information on this game. Does anyone know what the box looks like? or better yet, where I can find a copy? I assume this was never released outside of Germany, but anything this disturbing is right up my alley.
