I got it to install in Neko Project by creating a new harddrive image and installing dos 6.20 on it then running the installer from the first floppy.

Yeah if you load this game it gives you the message "This game cannot be launched by disk. Launch MS-DOS and install the game."
That means you'll need a DOS NHD or HDI file.
But even if you have that, and run it, it will not detect your FDD's within DOS, so there is seemingly no way to launch an install.
