Notes:

The game requires Xvid codec for the correct work of in-game videos and audio
The game has been tested on Windows 7 64-bit and Windows 10, it works fine. If the game doesn't start - try to launch it in compatibility mode with old version of Windows (Windows 98 or XP) and as administrator (right click on exe-file or desktop shortcut -> Properties -> Compatibility)
English version of the game is DRM-Free, simply install & play. Original Russian version of the game is protected with some DRM, use NoCD to "break" it and play without the disc. Or you can install repack variant, it includes the game with NoCD. That NoCD showed few generic warnings, it is safe to use
If you get any graphical glitches, like flickering textures of skyline or grass - run the game with dgVoodoo 2, it should help. The game with dgVoodoo 2 has been tested on Windows 10, it works fine
