Using Windows 8.1, I got the game working with a different XP Patch (see below), but I couldn't get the nocd crack working, so the CD is still required. (Note : patch mirrored on this page)

Unfortunately, the game is still unplayable as the game's AI appears to be broken and the cars are absolutely stupid, even on the hard setting and just keep crashing into each other or into walls.

Here's a working CD for those having problems with the one on this website.

CCD & IMG Files are defective, i only can mount with .cue file!

Success!!! I managed to run the game in Windows 7 using dgVoodoo and 2 DRM-free exe files from the official Russian release of the game. That way it works without mounted iso.
Installation is not straight forward, there's some easy ini file text editing, but it works, and probably will work on Win 10 an 11 too.
If somebody needs it - here's the DRM free exe files + explanation how to install them.

Does anybody know how to run this game?
I remember playing it on windows 7 several years ago. I tried to install it to win 7 now but only the menu works, when I try to enter the race there is a CTD. Tried every possible compatibility setting to all exe files - autorun.exe, er.exe and spel.exe, tried with and without the patch and the nocd, with or without dgVoodoo - it's always the same CTD.

I might wanna try this as Ive been to many countries in the EU. Tracks and car variation look decent
