Looks like there is a file missing for the audio/Soundblaster setup.
STKRUN.EXE is required (find a copy in "Football Masters 97")
To run the game with sound setup capability:
REM === Mount CD ROM drive to your game folder ====
mount D "C:\GAMES\FM99" -t cdrom
from "C:\Games\FM99" run the following:
stkrun FM99 %1
