Attempting to start the game in D3D mode causes an unhandled page fault exception.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Install the game to a clean WINEPREFIX, by:
a) export WINEARCH=win32
b) Set Windows version to "Windows NT 4.0" (previously reported as the most stable, other versions appear to suffer from the same error).
c) Run the installer, setup.exe, from disk
d) Disable the "Microsoft Direct X Media" check from the installer
e) Set PlayVideo=0 in windows/UbiSoft/ubi.ini
2) Download and install NOCD for D3D versione
3) Run the executable with: `wine MaiD3Dvr_bleu.exe`

Tried installing using the alternate installer linked above, but when I run it I get an error in a window named "Setup" that says "No optical drive found was found on your computer." What do I do to fix this?

I contacted MyAbandonware and sent them the German version. Previously the Dutch version was displayed as the German version, which has now been fixed by MyAbandonware. The link to the German version now works.
I was able to install the version using the alternative installer from SuiMachin and run the game with the 'nGlide Wrapper Patch' on Windows 10.

Ich habe MyAbandonware kontaktiert und ihnen die deutsche Version zukommen lassen. Zuvor wurde die niederländische Version als deutsche Version angezeigt, was nun von MyAbandonware behoben wurde. Der Link zur deutschen Version funktioniert nun.
Ich konnte die Version mithilfe des alternativen Installers von SuiMachin installieren und das Spiel mit dem 'nGlide Wrapper Patch' auf Windows 10 starten.

Mounting of ccd-File is not problem with Virtual CloneDrive, but under Windows 10 i can't install it, setup isn't appearing, maybe udner a virtual WIndows XP it would be possible.

when I launch the iso file, I have a control of user account which I validate and then nothing is happening

I tried many things but even mounting it as a drive is a problem
Also there isn´t an iso file there (theres an img file)
