En el fichero dosbox.conf están las líneas de configuración:

BCD. XD:
No he encontrado manera de configurar Dosbox del modo que dices con el mapa de teclado.
Sí he introducido en el archivo de configuración la línea "KEYB SP 850" en la sección de autoexec. Sin éxito.
La memoria expandida "XMS" estaba también activada por defecto.

Buenas @PEPITO.
Deberás configurar DosBox para que ejecute las siguientes líneas:
mode con codepage prepare=((850) C:\WINDOWS\COMMAND\ega.cpi)
mode con codepage select=850
Así seleccionas el mapa de teclado "Latin 1", que debería ser compatible.
Del mismo modo, deberás habilitar la memoria extendida. Busca en foros de MS-Dos que podrán ayudarte a configurarlo.
Puedo confirmar que así funciona en DosBox 0.65 y 0.74.
