Andy- I might not be paying attention correctly so correct me if im wrong, but you are talking about the 2.0 version NOT this. They are pretty different ok? Creating a plan is not that long. If you make it simple like go from here to there it should only take 5 minutes. Plus when your teammates get stuck you have to get used to that since this game was in the 90s. And no, the people who modded blackops 2.0 said they cant fix that problem. Plus if levels dont have plan just send a team of 4 (including you) and fight yourself. And the dam level is a pain. Correct me if im wrong on any of this.

downloaded the NEWEST of this which is 2.0,its buggy and missing .pln for certain levels. decided to create a new as there where 3 already there.. started playing..
fix for windows 11. 2 parts..
part 1.. install from the iso image.. Visual C++ 2015-2022
part 2.. download the newest directx DDrawCompat and replace the old .dll file.
got annoyed.. the level with the water dam you have to go down stairwells.. not the problem, its when you get to a certain stairwell and you FALL through the floor or the person you have with you falls through and dies.
or your trying to go back to the beginning cause you completed it.. and DIE also happens on other levels the whitehouse 1 as another example.
2. sometimes the people with you.. get STUCK.
3. some levels are missing their plans.. playing from level 1 to 59.. i managed to get to the tanker ship somewhere in the 20's i think level 25.. which is the first 1 not to have the pln.. followed by i think the next 7 levels.. whilst some of the levels seem to have 2 pln.
I remember playing the original games.. but i dont want to spend 6hrs creating the pln.. i prefer to modify the original plan to suit how i play. example.. your on the deck.. you go into the stair well at the end. you now have a choice up or down.. 4 up and 2/3 down. whilst not getting killed and completing the levels.. not knowing where your suppose to go or what your suppose to do.. which is why the pln's come in handy..
so i ended up choosing the practice level.. on the left to bypass the levels that dont have a pln.
I'm giving this a 5 out of 10.. due to the missing pln. of which there are about 50%. at least 25 our of the 50 are missing pln's. dont know why this is rated so HIGH.

Hey sgt, black ops 2.0 doesn’t work on my system. Anyways here is my review on this black ops you can get on here. This game is fun, and the difficulty is very hard. When terrorists say they will pull the trigger on some innocent they will, if you have it on veteran (normal) or elite (hard). My favorite map is the Boeing 747 map. It was fun if you did your planning and picked the right gear, and operators, this game will be fun. If you just zoom through it and play like your playing a 2020 cod game it really doesn’t get fun. If you take your time and check every corner and position your squads correctly, than it will be entertaining. Plus for that reason this game isn’t for everyone. You know, some people say that the first 3 are the best rainbow six games, but any game before siege is a win in my opinion. Because in this game its way different than siege, and if you came from siege because you heard there was more than one R6 game just click off, because you are not gonna last a second.

This is an outdated, buggy, unstable version of the mod and is no longer being maintained. Check out Black Ops 2.0 instead on ModDB. From what I heard, the Admins of the site refuse to take this down despite requests to do so from the current mod developer.

After playing it for a whole day here is what to know if you are downloading it. When you are done extracting files (automatically not manually) it will bring up cmd and try to do something with it. Just close cmd and refuse, as refusing doesn’t affect anything. When you are done doing that and press the icon on desktop, it will bring up a screen. That screen will say something about a flash player. Don’t install and just play.

Yup this application is safe, just like all the others on this site. I scanned my computer 3 times and it is not a threat. If you download an exe from this site and are skeptical that it has a virus, scan it with Microsoft Defender before running the exe. Or use virus total if the file is under 650 MB or MalwareBytes. I just downloaded it right now.
