i can't really find a manual for this game either. The original reddit thread doesn't have one, I assume it was never made like most of the game. From what i read it wasn't really accurate, it was meant for the new employees like managers or business accountants to understand the basic of what the refinery does, but not really any good as a real simulation in petrol chemistry.
