The game works on Windows 7 in compatibility mode with Windows XP and in 1024x768 resolution, but launching the game on Windows 10 can be troublesome, so check MatrixGames forum if you have troubles

Does not work for me, when I start a game I don't see the map it only flickers black and white.

The file is perfectly clean, re-checked it. Just a false positive on a heuristic behavior
