Description of Cartooners
Not exactly a game, but a nice little tool to create animated cartoons. There aren't that many options to play around with, but still enough to create some cool cartoon sequences. Since everything is fairly easy, this one is probably more aimed at kids.
Gameplay is like mix-and-match-- just pick the backdrop, cartoons, objects, then add text to the blurbs to make a complete comic-book style panel. Animations are cute, but limited interaction with the characters probably means the program is meant more as a "print kit" than a game.

En deze muggezifter heeft wel een beter kopie van dat spel dan deze site aanbiedt. XP Maar blijkbaar interesseert het ze niet.

@Peter Swinkels hey kaaskop, wees blij dat dit überhaubt nog beschikbaar is in plaats van te muggenziften. Je euronet.nl download is niet meer beschikbaar na amper 7 jaar. LOL!

The archive containing the game needs cleaning. For example,:there are *.dat files that shouldn't be there and the folder structure typically used by Cartooners is gone.

The project I mentioned in an earlier comment has been massive updated. Search vbforums.com for the latest version of Cartooners File Viewer.

I always thought this game was kind of interesting because you could make your own animations. Although the graphics are primitive by today's standards the backgrounds and actors are well drawn and appealing.
