I asked AI to tell me how to make it work. It told me to use WinCDEmu from github and then open or mount the file with cue extension with it. I did that and autorun started. Then you just continue with the setup. I made it this way and it worked perfectly.

@MARY use PowerISO and right click on the .bin file and mount it to a drive then run the installer and it should work! :)
