Found the answer to my question for anyone else who might run into it. If you are using DosBox you just have to press ctrl+f4 and it will work!

Game is working great, but got stuck on the "Please insert disc 2 and press any key screen" I pressed all the keys but couldn't get the game to progress. Is there a way to get past this screen?
