The tip given here may not work. I have a Windows 10 computer and I had to enable Windows 98\Me compatibility mode in Vulture.exe file. I even have the Polish release (Vulture) and readme.txt file included in the CD told me to do so.
But this compatibility mode doesn't apply to Windows 11: you have to set a different mode - Windows XP (service pack 2). Then the intro and all remaining videos will show up.
I of course can't guarantee these methods will work at other gamers' PCs, but you can try.
