I'll teach how to play the game and get past door 3 if anyone needs it. I used the M88 to play, you can download it on this website, search for "How to play PC-88 and PC-98 games" on google and you will find it
Click on the option "Drive 1 0 change disk" to select a file, then go to "Control Reset"
I played using the "Lolita Syndrome (1983)(Enix)[a].d88" file, but I think you can use the "Lolita Syndrome (1983)(Enix).d88" file if you select "Control N88-V1(S) mode". Remember to extract the zip file, the file must be .d88
About the third door, the first command is ｼﾝｻﾂｻｾﾃﾈ or 診察させてね in the correct characters. It means "let me examine you"
To type it I recommend going to "Key Romaji" and then typing "shinnsatsusasetene"
The second command is ﾌｸｦﾇｲﾃﾞ or 服を脱いで which means "take off your clothes". Just like the first one you can type "fukuwonuide"

i cant get past the 3rd level, unless i already beat it, it shows her sleeping and a terminal is open as seen in the last picture.
