Might and Magic: Clouds of Xeen (aka マイトアンドマジック クラウズオブジーン, 魔法門外傳：星雲之謎, Might and Magic: Les nuages de Xeen) is a video game published in 1992 on DOS by New World Computing, Inc., Softgold Computerspiele GmbH. It's a role-playing (rpg) game, set in a fantasy, sci-fi / futuristic, turn-based and dungeon crawler themes, and was also released on FM Towns.

The game "Might and Magic Trilogy" contains MM III to V (plus Swords of Xeen) and can be downloaded from this site - you could as well get it instead of this individual game download.
Haven't tested the download yet but this is what is indicated in the "Might and Magic Trilogy" download page.

Man, I bought this game in a 3pack of RPGs a long time ago with DnD: Eye of the Beholder, M&M: Clouds of Xeen, and Kings Quest IV(I think?)
