Ther is another way, to run this game on multiple platform. Get yourself the wrapper, you can find on github (search zaps166 / NFSIISE).

Simple instructions:
1.) Download one of the binaries (which one, it depends of your operating system, Windows, Linux etc.).
2.) Extract the downloaded archive to your HDD and than from the ISO/disk image version, copy two folders into the NFSIISE folder: fedata and gamedata.
3.) Not try to run the game.

Honestly at this point it's easier to build a Windows 98 PC and use an old graphics card to play these games. I've still got my Voodoo2 from way back then, and this game looks and plays great. One of the best racing games from my childhood :)

Is there some way to play this exact version in Windows 10 ? couldn't find anything related to this original version, quite nice looking sunset in Mediterraneo and some other small details.
