When it comes to recommendation of PacMania games published by Alawar, I recommend you PacMania III with 4 "skins", just as published here. Most versions don't have "Aquamania" skin (the one with nautical\oceanic theme), so if you'd like to download at least shareware from here, GO FOR IT!
I'd recommend you to support Alawar by purchasing the full version of PacMania III, but the company doesn't remember about this game anymore. In case admin wants me to tell Andrew W. about the cracked *.exe (removing time limitations) for this game, I'll remind him.
