Description of Ports of Call

Ports of Call is a ship trading simulation, you are in control of a ship and choose which materials to buy and sell in different parts of the world.

Starting with $5.000.000, you have to make your way to world domination! A lot of managerial skill is required but some moment are typically arcade, like departure from a port.

Play he Amiga release, the control of your vessel is much better as in the DOS release
also it's easier to match the proper game speed with a amiga emulator as with i.e. dosbox which even maks it easier when steering your vessel manually you got the right amount of time for it. set dosbox's prefs very low specced for this game, but still the controls will be tedious. this counts as well for the free downloadable windows release of PoC, the control is shit. hint: registrations are exchangeable between releases and versions.

Fun little game, if not a tad difficult during the actual ship sections where you have to pilot the thing. Worth at least a look if you're into simulations like this
