I created this, a nude patch for the game. It only works for the RIP version. ReadMe file inside.

A private dance with a girl has six stages, and in each stage they undress more and more until they're fully naked in the sixth stage but you actually lose control of the camera in this stage so you won't be seeing much of them.
This patch makes all the girls (except Dee Dee, Bambi and Devon) naked regardless of the stage they're in.
All in all, it's a boring game and not really worth your time unless you're curious to see some titties from 2002.
