This is a common misconception. There are two games that released in 2004 called "Shrek 2". One of them (this game) released first on PC only, the second game released later on both consoles and PC. The second (console+PC) game was also called "Shrek 2" on consoles, but since a game with the same name already existed on PC, the PC version of the second game was titled "Shrek 2: Team Action".
It is an incredibly confusing naming scheme and to this day, tier lists of Shrek games (such as a recent Eddy Burback video) have been skipping over this game. Even the wikipedia page for this game's development studio doesn't include this game in the list of things they've made. Please give this platformer a try and remember its history, so that it doesn't become a lost relic. It is an incredibly solid platformer and my childhood alternative to Banjo-Kazooie and other such games

When you download the iso file, you can right clickopen withfile explorer. That should mount it on the CD drive thing. Then install it from there.
