Almost four decades later I still wonder what was the solution to “amaze the Minotaur”. Anyone?

Hard game. Had the Wizardry title on loan from a friend for a month or so back in the 80's. There's some clues along the way like: "You must amaze the minotaur".

Absolute nightmare. The game had the coolest graphics and music in its time. The insane difficulty made it a traumatizing experience. There are no savegames, so every time you start from scratch - you have a couple of lives, though. It's basically trial and error to get forward, and if you choose the wrong thing, you teleport backwards with respawning monsters until you die. You have to somehow memorize the whole maps to make progress. Solutions are usually far from logical, or perhaps they are not compatible with my logic.
Feel free to try, but don't say I didn't warn you. I never finished this game at the age of 15 or so - I never would now, with only a fraction of the free time I had then.
