Description of Textris

Here is the video game “Textris”! Released in 1992 on DOS, it's still available and playable with some tinkering. It's a puzzle game, set in a puzzle-solving theme.

My nan used to play this game and lost the floppy disk, managed to get it working for her after 20 years. To run this game you will need a DOS emulator
(there are two ways of running the file, through the command system or a shortcut target)

This is my alltime favorite video game. Ever. It combines Tetris with Scrabble, so what's not to love? And it runs off (nearly) the full official Scrabble dictionary, so you aren't confined to simple words or even necessarily English ones. Enjoy!
