I'm actually the author of this program and wrote it for my brother after I had just gotten my first PC, an IBM 5150, and taught myself to program by writing it. My brother and I copyrighted it just for kicks but apparently no one at IPCO realized the copyright is good for 70 years AFTER I die and I'm still kicking. For what it's worth, I give the non-existent IPCO the right to use, modify and sell the game as of 2022/10/12. Hope you enjoy it and it reminds me of my later brother. The sense of humor, such as it may be, in the game is courtesy of him.
