Honestly, the game is dog shit. And before you come at me for calling it out, I have to say that I played it back when it first came out. Demo version to be prices and back then I seemed to like it and I forgot about it later, because of how much more video games had come out back then. But now.. playing the full version of this game is like poking a big pile of cow shit with a stick in hopes for it to smell like candy.
The game itself is uncomfortable to play because, first of all the car control is stiff like a bulldozer. You can't even turn or make a sharp turns to avoid obstacles or incoming enemies. And in the moment when you press left or right, your car, for some reason, does the drift instead of actually turning, resulting you smashing in to nearby building.
Then, you can't repair your car anywhere. Like, I got my car damaged so badly that it looked like it came from FlatOut after a rough race, and I couldn't repair it because, even if there is a repair section or whatever, game does not tell you about that. At least I didn't found any repair sections or points or whatever.
The weapons that you can attach to your car is limited like your casual money. You waste it once and you have to look for it later for god knows how long. Until you spot a orange circle somewhere on the side of the road, and that is what can restore your weapon. Which is stupid, because you can't even see it while driving fast, and your car doesn't want to steer so that you can actually change your direction and pick up that weapon.
And then the missions. It's not even missions, it's challenges that game even fails to explain to you, how to beat them. Because, you getting a random pop up message on screen about your mission objective and you fail to read it, because you are always in action and always something is happening. And you keep your eyes on the road instead of reading that stupid message. Which is sucks, because a good voiceover line, telling me what to do would be nice, instead of a message that I can't even read because I'm paying attention to action on screen instead of that message, that disappears so fast that I can't even look what it says.
And finally the visuals. They are.. well, bad. Because, back when this game came out, there was games that looked a lot better. Like any of the 3D GTA games, Half-Life 2, Fear, FlatOut, Need for Speed Underground, you name it. And now look at this game. It looks like a cheap mobile game, that could now be available in your app store. And back then I'm sure it looked the same and had the same response, but instead of app store people probably compared it to some early 2000s games for PS1 or N64.
So yeah, in conclusion, this game sucks. And I would not care about graphics if gameplay were actually good. But nope, the gameplay is bad, man. I don't know, why I liked the demo version of this game as a kid, because as a adult, who played shit tons of games, looking at this pile of shit makes me feel uncomfortable.

This is NOT what they call "Vice City:Manhattan", it's just "Manhattan Chase". They're two different games, but developed by the same people.
The actual Vice City: Manhattan game is called "Crime Scene Manhattan", also set in Manhattan BUT you'll only play as a single female character (Gloria) that can only sit in her car, so you can't walk around the town on-foot. The traffic in this VCM/CSM game are brainless as they will hit your car like they don't see you at all, but for some reasons they will stop at other traffic cars only.
This Manhattan Chase game tho, you'll be able to choose between two female characters (Angel (good girl) or Yasmin (bad girl)), and at some points of the game, you're allowed to enter/exit your vehicle, close to what GTA also offer but very limited amount of missions where you're allowed to do so. The traffic in this game are much more sane, as they will stop at any cars in front of them BUT watch out for trucks, as they're invulnerable and can be rather crazy hitting everyone on their way when you hit them with explosives.
