Works for me. However I went and found a separate no-cd patch (due to securom). But having issues getting it out of 640x480 windowed (editor won't save setting). And can't remap buttons for my Xbox controller, making it difficult to figure out controls. Otherwise seems to work fine.

Doesn't work on Windows 10 64bit... Installs fine, refuses to run even with compatibility settings applied
